The referentials
The skills referentials associated to knowledge
It is possible to define as many referentials as there are jobs in your business.
You select, for each referential, skill fields (axes) corresponding to targeted jobs.
In our demo, the fields are:(Electricity - Automation - Instrumentation - Analysis)

Each axis is composed of many questions, this allows attribution to each field a required skill level.
Here are the different evaluation referential levels:
- Expert
- Autonomous
- Confirmed
- Beginner
- Neophyte
The results of this configuration is translated graphically (as shown).

Two possible cases for creating an axis:
- The questions difficulty adapts automatically according to the answers given.
- The questions can be pre-selected to create a specific quiz.

Building a skills referential associated to knowledge
On these referential examples, we see different axes as well as a pink graph representing desired objectives.
Once the evaluation is done, an orange graph representing the obtained results appear on top of the desired ones for comparison purposes.
